Black bean chili (vegan)

Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 Tbl chili powder (or to taste)
1 tsp ground cumin (or to taste)

Put everything in sauce pot. Heat until comes to a gentle boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, chips or crackers and/or cheese quesadillas.
